At Radioman Car Audio, we are committed to getting your order safely to your doorstep as fast as possible and at minimum cost. All orders are shipped out UPS Ground and normally arrive to your door within 2-5 working days (M-F}. (Except for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii which take 5-10 working days). We also provide UPS 2 Day and 3 Day Select Rates at additional costs. |

| What's My Total Delivery Time? | |||
| Order received by 2:30pm EST. (M-Fri), are processed the same day, and are shipped within 24 hours. That means you should usually receive your order within 2-5 working days {M-F}. (with UPS Ground delivery). Orders received after business hours (Sat-Sun), are processed the next business day. Orders not in stock will be put on back order, and will be shipped out as soon as we receive them. | |||

| Due to fraud, we ship orders only to the credit card billing address only. We have a NO-TOLERANCE policy when it comes to credit card fraud. We will prosecute to the full extent of the law if caught submitting a order with a fraudulent credit card. | |||

| Radioman Car Audio Terms And Conditions: | |||
| All products sold by Radioman Car Audio are Brand New, first quality (never seconds or refurbished) brand name merchandise complete with the 1 year Manufactures Warranty (Subwoofers 30 Days). If you have a problem with your product, send an e-mail to returns@radiomancaraudio.com with the problem, and we'll give you information to send the product. Postage must be prepaid. | |||

| Merchandise Returns/Refunds: | |||
| 30 Day Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a refund (less shipping/restocking fees). All items must be returned for credit unopened, complete and with all original parts and documentation within 30 days of purchase. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credit. Items returned with missing accessories (i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses, etc.) are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. All returns will be charged a 15% minimum restocking fee. To request a Return Authorization (R.A Number), please e-mail us at returns@radiomancaraudio.com . No items will be accepted without an R.A number. All items must be shipped freight prepaid. All warranty items will be returned freight C.O.D. A copy of the Radioman Car Audio online invoice must be included with all returns for credit. Radioman Car Audio will issue credit at the current selling price or the price at the time of sale, whichever is lower. NO REFUNDS will be issued on all returns opened, used, or products purchase over 30 days. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted. If defective, product will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received by us. No refunds will be issued for special order items. If paid by credit card, please allow 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. | |||

| Abuse and/or Installation Error: | |||
| Radioman Car Audio defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, non-PIP modifications, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates. Speakers submitted with any of the above will be considered out of warranty. Radioman Car Audio shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product. Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranty. We highly recommend having all car stereo equipment professionally installed. All returns are processed immediately upon receipt. Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you return your item for your product to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. | |||
